Netcat is a B2B team that brings applied neural networks into companies' operations. Its clients see what the technology could do for them, but it looks too complex to touch. With a lean sales and marketing team, Netcat had one month to reach the market and no time for creative back-and-forth.
Netcat needed a guide who makes neural networks easy to approach, and the guide became a cat. Neural networks generated it, and it has three faces, each a little strange on purpose, that it switches between like moods. It jokes about the fear clients bring to the table: it plans to take over the world, but it has tiny paws.

The identity stays strict and technical, so the cat is the only thing in it allowed to misbehave. That balance is the brand's promise: serious enough for a board meeting, friendly enough that nobody is afraid to ask the first question.

Netcat could not afford a design queue, so the brand learned to produce itself. An AI assistant turns a filled-in brief into finished sales materials: a manager answers a few questions in the messenger they already use and gets back a pitch deck or a sales proposal in the Netcat system. Templates assemble the layout, neural networks generate the graphics, and the brand rules are built in, so every document leaves on-brand without a designer in the loop. Production cost and time dropped to zero.
Presentation constructor. A brief goes in, a pitch deck comes out, shaped for the client in the room.
Proposal constructor. The same brief becomes a sales proposal, ready to send the same day.
Clients reach the Netcat team through a support chat on phone and desktop, and the cat is the one who answers. It says hello, takes the request and gets to work, so asking an AI team for help feels like messaging a slightly sarcastic colleague. That small shift made a complex service easier to approach.
